About Covenant Health Park
Covenant Health Park is the downtown Knoxville ballpark at 500 East Jackson Avenue, beside the Old City. The Knoxville Smokies returned to the city when the new venue opened in 2025, after playing in Kodak under the Tennessee Smokies name. Baseball, soccer and other events can use different arrangements within the park. For a Smokies game, use the team’s current ballpark and parking guidance rather than directions to the former stadium off Interstate 40.

Plan Your Visit to Covenant Health Park
Which seating product should I compare?
The Smokies offer field-level seating as well as separate luxury-level and home-plate products. Some premium packages include benefits that ordinary tickets do not. Check the section and access included with the ticket rather than assuming every seat provides club entry or a meal. Soccer and special events may use different maps.
How do I reach the downtown park?
Navigate to 500 East Jackson Avenue in Knoxville. The team’s parking page links stadium-lot parking and additional downtown options. Compare the current map and the pass you purchase, then follow that lot’s entry instructions. An old parking description for Smokies Stadium in Kodak does not describe this downtown location.
The park brings spectators into the Old City street network rather than a highway stadium campus. Allow time between reaching your chosen garage or lot and getting through the correct gate, particularly when other downtown events are taking place.
Which accessible facilities are available?
The third-base and right-field gates are identified as accessible entrances. Call the ticket office in advance for wheelchair seating, which is limited. An adult changing area is behind Sections 104 and 105, and family restrooms and accessible water fountains are provided within the park.
What are the bag and re-entry rules?
Clear bags may be no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, with small clutches up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Belongings are inspected, including medical and diaper bags. Guests cannot leave items at the gates, and the park does not allow exit and re-entry.
What should families know?
The ballpark is cashless. Fan assistance is behind Section 109, first aid behind Section 108, and a family restroom suitable for nursing is behind Section 118. The children’s play area requires adult supervision. Concessions and restrooms are distributed around the concourse.
What happens if weather changes the game?
Use the Smokies’ official announcements for postponements. A rain delay is a temporary interruption and is different from a rainout. Ticket-exchange options depend on how much of the game was completed, the original game day and availability for a replacement date; follow the current team policy rather than assuming an automatic refund.
