Tennessee Lady Vols vs. North Carolina Central Eagles at Thompson Boling Arena at Food City Center

Division I women's basketball gives you a reason to fill a Tuesday night with energy. The Tennessee Lady Vols face North Carolina Central Eagles at Thompson Boling Arena at Food City Center in Knoxville on December 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM. If you've been waiting for an excuse to see a game in person, here's your date.

The Lady Vols bring college basketball to their home arena. Fast breaks, defensive pressure and the rhythm of a well-run offense unfold in front of you. Watching basketball live means you catch the plays developing, hear the squeak of shoes on hardwood and feel the momentum shift when the crowd responds. Screens can't deliver that.

Bring someone who'll appreciate the game with you. A friend who follows the Lady Vols. A partner who enjoys live sports. A family member who's been asking what you're doing this week. The game gives you something specific to plan around and a shared experience worth the trip.
