Samantha Fish

Samantha Fish at Bijou Theatre - TN

What do you get when a modern blues guitar force, a Grammy-winning Hill Country torchbearer, and a Brooklyn rhythm-and-blues street gang share one stage? Samantha Fish brings her Shake 'Em on Down Tour to Bijou Theatre in Knoxville on Thursday, December 17, 2026, at 7:30 PM. The evening features Fish alongside Cedric Burnside and Daddy Long Legs. For fans drawn to blues guitar, this is three different voices and three different angles on the same tradition.

Fish curates this annual caravan to showcase past, present, and future of the blues. Cedric Burnside, grandson of R.L. Burnside, carries forward the hypnotic North Mississippi Hill Country style he inherited. Daddy Long Legs delivers a lo-fi garage-rock blend fueled by feral vocals and explosive harmonica. Each act brings its own intensity. Together they offer a night that honors deep-rooted tradition while pushing boundaries.

Bring someone who knows what a good blues night sounds like. A friend who turned you on to Samantha Fish. A partner who appreciates live music that doesn't hold back. This tour gives you a reason to leave the house and spend an evening surrounded by people who came for the same thing you did.
