Clayton Holiday Concert

Clayton Holiday Concert at Knoxville Civic Auditorium

Forty years of a tradition tells you something about what it gives an audience. The 40th Annual Clayton Holiday Concert returns to Knoxville Civic Auditorium on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra shares the stage with the Knoxville Pipes and Drums, Knoxville Choral Society, Knoxville Symphony Youth Choir, and GO! Contemporary Dance Works for a festive program that brings together the groups and sounds that shape holiday music in this city.

Multiple ensembles mean variety you don't usually hear in one program. Orchestral strings, bagpipes, choral voices, young singers and contemporary dance each add their own energy to a single celebration. If you've spent December navigating holiday obligations, a concert that puts music and movement at the center of the afternoon offers a reason to slow down and listen.

This is the kind of occasion families return to because it holds the attention of listeners who want different things from a holiday program. Choose the concert with someone who values live performance, or bring the person who introduced you to seasonal music. A Saturday matinée gives you time to plan the rest of the day around something worth attending together.

Make the Clayton Holiday Concert part of your December plans. Explore ticket options for the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and reserve a seat for a tradition that continues because audiences keep coming back.
